We comply with distance selling guidelines and offer all customers a 7 day 'cooling off' period whereby you may inspect our goods and return them (undamaged) to us for a full refund (including initial delivery costs) if you are unsatisfied. if you intend to return goods in this manor, you MUST notify us of your intention by letter or e-mail within 7 working days of receiving your goods, otherwise the return may be rejected.

Unless goods are faulty, incorrect or do not match the description given with reasonable likeness, all returns postage shall be paid by you, the customer, and shall not be reimbursed by ourselves. Postage shall not be charged a second time for replacements where we, or the product, are at fault, but a second postage fee will be charged if a replacement is sent due to a change of mind.

In the unlikely event that we cannot supply a product and offer a different/similar product as a substitute, a full refund will be given and return postage costs will be reimbursed if you decide not to keep those substituted goods.

All refunds/reimbursements of any kind shall be made within 30 days of acknowledgement by ourselves.

Delivery is usually made by courier (smaller items are sent with Royal Mail) and delivery costs will be calculated after registering/logging in to your account within the shopping cart prior to order confirmation and purchase.

We usually dispatch items within 5 working days of the date of order unless stated otherwise in the item description, delivery will be made in 3-5 working days from the date of dispatch. That said, we aim to have your order to you within a week of ordering, usually sooner.

If items have not been received within 2 weeks of order, please contact us and we will investigate the cause of delay and provide more information including anticipated delivery dates. Please note, however, that the statutory 30 day deadline still applies, whereby no refund is guaranteed for delayed goods until 30 days after the date of purchase. If delivery is essential before the 30 day limit, please contact us first to make special arrangements.
